Placing an Order


1) Fill up our Kitty Collections Order Form in detail & click send

Before you do so, please kindly read the following terms & conditions. They are the usuals, regarding Mode of Payment, Mode of Shipment & Delivery Time.
Kindly note that our items are shipped from Suzhou, China to Singapore.

2) Should you have queries before placing an order :

3) Mode of Payment :

Upon confirmation of your order, we will provide you with our DBS bank account no. for either iBanking or ATM Transfer. Your Orders are only confirmed upon received of payment.

4) Mode of Shipment :

There are two types of shipment :

A) Via Courier Service from Suzhou to Singapore - By Royale Asia

Charges as follows :
First 0.5kg : S$14.50
Subsequent 0.5kg : S$6.25
Fuel & other charges : S$1.20 (approximately, should not differ much)

You may use this mode if you require your lovely items urgently and wish to have them send
directly to your home.

B) Sharing of Shipping Charges Spree
We organise a spree two times a month (ETD Monday on the 2nd & 4th week of every month). You may join and share the shipping charges with our other customers.
This is more cost effective if time is not a factor for you.

After we have received your items, we will either drop you an email or sms.
You may opt to have your items sent to you via Normal Mailing which is FOC (only for non bulky items that can fit into a C5 size envelope) or Registered Mail or meet up at Hougang MRT/ Yio Chu Kang MRT.

* Kindly note that we will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged, if ship by
normal mailing. For registered mailing, please top up an additional S$2.20.

5) Delivery :

Delivery should take about 10 working days or less upon our confirmation of your order.
In the event that if the items is needed urgently, we will try our best to expedite.
